Couldn't track down any gingelly oil so we opted for olive, we got stuck on what to do with the egg though. The health tip doesn't specify raw or cooked, so we went with cooked obviously. It is much harder than you think to shove an over easy egg into your wife, even with olive oil. To our amazment her "disorder" is gone.

The goosberry tip didn't work though, I even doubled my dose and she is still a pain during "that time"
