Play around with these ingredients. It's more spicy than some like, but they aren't my friends, so I don't care.
cider vinegar
ketchup
light (mild) molasses
sweet paprika
spicy brown mustard
Worcestershire sauce
black pepper
salt
water
liquid smoke flavoring
