actually ... this will be my last day in the gym for a while. I'm a little bit worried about that. I just don't feel right when I don't get in the gym.

I leave tomorrow for a trip out west to see the PNW boys and my family. I get back *late* saturday night ... then leave for Texas on sunday. *hopefully* I'll get to lift in TX (taking my belt and straps with just in case); otherwise, I won't be lifting again until the 15th.
