I love the crashing sound of the weight hitting the safety bar.
Hit triplex push-pulls, shoulders, bis, and abs today. Shoulders consisted of high face-pulls and low face-pulls. Kept upping the weight until I couldn't hit 5 anymore. It was interesting. Followed that up with a few sets of super-setted flat bar and rope hammer curls. My forearms and biceps felt like they were gonna jump out of my skin.

Finished things off with 4 sets of pull-down abs to failure (10-8-7-8).
All in all, I felt trashed.

Mowed the lawn 2 hours later, too.
