I don't really collect watches, but I have more than one now and I would love to have a couple more. So, I guess I could qualify as a collector. My everyday watch is a Breitling B-1 and my "special occassion" watch is a Breitling Montebrilliant Legende.
Earlier this week I was at a Breitling client appreciation dinner and was able to try on a couple of limited/special edition Breitlings including a Breitling for Bentley Flying B which was all yellow gold and diamond encrusted. I believe the retail value on that one was almost $200K.
