I've completed 5 1/2 marathons and one Reach The Beach relay race. I haven't ran in a while but I think I'll be ramping up for this years Boston.
Just make sure you are tapering and relaxing this week along with extra carbs. Believe in your training and don't start out too fast. Believe me when I say that you'll want to with all the excitement. It's a marathon...not a race...this is your first so keep in mind finishing is a great accomplishment.
