Good morning all, the espresso is on and it's another brisk morning here in the Hudson Valley. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend filled with family and friends throughout. Thursday, we went to our dear friends for Thanksgiving dinner; Friday, I put an eleven pound turkey on the smoker (spatchcock style) and we had Beth's sister over and our nephew Gary; Saturday, we worked the American Legion Christmas Bizarre in New Windsor, NY all day; and yesterday was Sunday Funday at the Newburgh Brewery. Congrats to the Philadelphia Eagles on their win yesterday and also a big congrats to the Army Football team as well for their win over UTSA. Tulane lost to Memphis Friday night, so the AAC Championship game will be this Friday evening at West Point on CBS starting at 2000 (8 PM). Have a great week everyone and enjoy.......
