Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and it's a beautiful Friday morning here in the Hudson Valley. We had a great time at Aroma last night, the place was packed and it was good to see the Mets advance in the MLB Playoffs. The playoffs continue this Saturday as shown below:

The NASCAR playoff continues this weekend as well with racing at Talladega Super Speedway starting tonight with the truck racing. Have a great weekend all and I hope your NFL team does well on Sunday.......
