Back day, another solid lift.
Cable row/High pulls x 5 supersets
V-bar pulldowns x 5 sets
Wide pulldowns/High pulls x 2 supersets
T-bar rows x 9 sets
T-bars started as a volume thing, but I felt stronger each progressive set (crazy at the end of the workout), so ended up being volume AND heavy.
