Yep. In my experience, these are one of those NCs that seem to smoke better at a lower RH like some maduros and CCs. I've been having the best luck with my La Haciendas lately by keeping them in a smaller sealed plastic bag with a small 49% boveda for a week or so before smoking. However I understand that might not be handy to everyone so I'd suggest dry boxing them for about 2-3 days before smoking.
Definitely a bit of an annoyance, but when you light up a Hacienda that burns right....you realize it's totally worth the effort.
