Deadlifts
Close grip pull downs
Reverse narrow grip rows
Shoulder press
Band side laterals
Shrugs
Dumbbell pull overs
30 mins on treadmill
Went lighter on some of the sets, but increased reps. Trying to minimize the irritation to my neck. Guess I should've done that on the pull overs.

. Feeling it. Also need to work on grip strength. Could've done more reps or more weight on deadlifts except my left hand was giving out.
Calves still feeling the burn from Tuesday so very little running in treadmill. Nice 4.5mph pace walk.
