I could only do it 5/7 a week.
Back day. Watched Mike Mentzers seminar last night on his philosophy of training. Gave me some ideas on today's training. It was different but I think I was more tuned in since I only had 1 working set (similar to Yates).
Reverse grip pull down
DB row
Standing hammer strength row
Seated reverse grip rows
Hit some biceps too, I wanted a bit more volume on these though.
