Made a last minute decision to take the cycle to the gym today.
Forgot my iPod, forgot my tape. Totally threw me off, it was supposed to be back day. Figured shoulders would be better without tunes (and the horrible crap they play at the gym) and no tape on my hands (to keep from ripping the skin off my fingers on heavy rows).
Got a decent shoulder workout, did seated presses and rear delts. Skipped the shrugs as I hope to row heavy tomorrow, assuming every f*cking bar at the gym isn't taken by all the new asswipes who have joined my gym.
