did a quick shoulder sehs yesterday before 30 mins of stepper..
5 sets of DB press
4 sets of front raises
4 sets of seated rear delt raises
4 sets of side lateral raises
done!.. I only got up to 90's on db presses, and I felt like I was spent.. I can definitely feel my strength starting to wan.. frustrating but part of the gig I guess.. bleh
