did a 45 minute shoulder workout yesterday, but I literally worked out for 44 minutes of that timeframe. I supersetted everything, managed to not die, and I had a crazy pump, and most of importantly, I didn't die.. woot!

3 sets of wide grip front raises
3 sets of db front raises
4 sets of barbell press
4 sets of standing db rear delt raises
4 sets of busdrivers
4 sets of shrugs
