Legs today, decided to squat. Felt like I haven't hit squats in a while. It's probably close to a month. Combination of my back and knee, so I gave it a rest.
Today it was okay, went light and hit for reps.
Warmed up with leg extensions and seated leg curls 4x15+
Squats 5x12+ @225, it felt light but I didn't want to push it heavier.
Leg press 5x12+
Lying leg curls - seated leg extensions 3x15
Oh! Did side delts too.
Seated DB side delt raise 4x12+
Bb upright row (wide grip, medium grip, close grip) 4x10+ so basically a **** load of reps.
