Got an email back from DE saying I should send them a legible copy of my receipt, a copy of my driver's license and any and all pictures I took. I informed them they were mistaken, I didn't want the 13 bucks back, I was simply letting them know the cigar sucked and it was the last dime they would see from me. To be fair I really don't smoke their stuff anyway, so it's not life changing for me just as I'm sure it's not life changing for them. Honestly I think I was more upset that I had to register for their website to contact them.
