Breast and back today. Probably one of the best/focused I've been in a while or maybe bc the weights were lighter
Lots of rear delt stretching prior to training today. Face pulls, reverse flies, and some band work.
Seated cable presses 5x10-12
Incline DB flies 4x8-10
Hammer strength press 4x10-8
DB pull over - decline bb bench 4x10-8
Pull ups - seated single arm row 5x10-8
Wide grip pull downs - seated row machine 4x10-12
Meadow rows 5x12-15 w/drop set
Quick tricep extensions - DB curls 6x10
