Back and chest for me today. Used Fat Gripz on everything. Made a huge different. On incline press I could actually feel my upper chest working. I've never felt that before.
A-1 Supinated Chin-Up: 5 x 4-6, rest 10 seconds
A-2 Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown: 5 x 12-15, rest 2 minutes
B-1 Incline Bench: 5 x 4-6, rest 10 seconds
B-2 Incline Dumbbell Press: 5 x 12-15, rest 2 minutes
C-1 Bent-Over Row: 3 x 4-6, rest 10 seconds
C-2 Seated Cable Face Pull: 3 x 12-15, rest 2 minutes
C-1 Dip: 3 x 4-6, rest 10 seconds
C-2 Kneeling Bent-Over Cable Crossover: 3 x 12-15, rest 2 minutes
