Seated fly machine - neautral grip pull down 4x12-8
Incline DB press - t bar row 4x10-8
Lat pull down machine - seated cable flies - pull ups 4x14-10
Cable extensions - bb curls 7x15-8 (20 sec rest)
Preacher curl machine - tricep overhead machine 3x12-15 (20 sec rest)
