Thx guys. This thread is great! Huy, your DL #'s help me keep pushing myself. DL is weak for me anyway (compared to squat and GM, at least) and a lot of times it'd be easier to just pull a lower weight and stop, but chatting with real folks and being motivated by real #'s and not just Instagram pics or YouTube vids has been great!
Day66 of SED in the books, the DL PR & supplementary back & shoulders ... I know I pushed rly hard today cuz it's now 11:45pm, I'm still a little sick to my stomach and I'm too sore to sleep. LOL
