Well, it's all over. I watched the auction close out "live" on eBay. In the last minute the bid jumped from 2.4 to 2.6 to 2.7. Then at the last second, somebody swooped in and sniped it.

Winning bid = $3,207,852.00. For a 10-cent comic. Wow.
