When did you last replace the batteries in your hygrometers? It may be that the batteries are old enough (> 3-6 months) that the devices are not reading correctly.

If you have frozen your cigars then you do not need to worry about the high temperatures. If not, you might consider freezing them to kill the beetle eggs and then the high temps will not be an issue for you.
