P.S. - Keep in mind that, thanks to Reichsmarschall Bloomberg, anti-smoking laws make it illegal for you to enjoy a cigar outside, even in the middle of Central Park a hundred yards from the nearest East Side doyenne or West Side yuppie. This is so they might better appreciate the healthy fragrance of noxious fumes from buses, trucks, and taxis.

However, Paley Park is a private pocket park at 3 East 53rd Street, and because it is "private" it is not subject to the city's draconian policies. It is open to the public, and welcomes smokers to partake at their pleasure. So don't say CBS never did anything for you.
