I found "Up in Smoke" across the street form my hotel. Picked up some Tats and a few oddballs I hadn't seen before. Hospitable bunch in the lounge and we had a good chat. They have a donation box for the local police, which I thought was neat. The lady in charge seemed to know her stogies, that's for sure!
