Arnold presses: 5x8-10
Single arm presses on HS machine: 4x10
DB side delt raises: 4x10-12 (drop set)
Incline curls:5x8-10
Ez bar curls -- rope extensions: 4x10
Weighted dips -- hammer curls: 4x10-12
Skull crushers: 3x15-20
