Had tacos for dinner last night. Kept my portions reasonable.
Only got to work out for about 30 minutes at the gym this morning. The bathroom was locked and I had to go back to the house  I did run for the whole time though. My endurance is definitely getting better. At this time last year I was smoking cigarettes and I bet I couldn't have run for 5 minutes without stopping.
Breakfast this morning was the usual Fiber One
Lunch is a tossed salad with some leftover filet slices
Dinner is undecided
