Congrats! That is some change.
What irony, 155 was my goal weight.
I hover between 155 and 157, depending on Monday after a weekend of treating to a few drinks or on Friday, before I start the weekend of few drinks.
I lost 28 in total. Was never big, just looked like a toothpick with a massive pimple in the middle.

I knew that would help back, coupled with Cardiologist telling me I needed to lose weight.
Looking to now continue cardio, with continued core for back and to get cut a bit.
