Very good leg day.
Warmed up on leg extensions:
Leg extensions: 6x8-10
Single leg presses: 4x6
BB lunges: 4x8
Lying leg curls: 5x6-8
Seated calf raises: 5x12-15
Hack squats: 4x5
Squats: 3x5
I was basically done after hacks but wanted to squeeze some deep squats out.
