The Shield is reliable, thin (unlike the others listed here), reasonably priced but just hard as heck to find. They seem to be popping up more often now. |
I just ordered one tonight in 9mm. I hadn't been able to find one to shoot, but rented a S&W 9 compact and liked it enough to buy the Shield as my new carry gun after reading a lot about it. I also tried the glock 26 and the Beretta.
I couldn't catch them in stock anywhere for quite a while but came across them for $380 from Lanbo's Armory today. Hopefully I'll have it at the range next week!
