Today I think I might go outside my comfort / knowledge zone of dumbbells and try some machines...
Speaking of machines, seems there are a lot of different types in my gym that only vary ever so slightly... do you fellas typically do a circuit of all the machines or just the leg/arm machines that you prefer?
any literature you fellas can pass a long that might make me a little less ignorant?
