Good amount of heat hanging around in the garage this morning adding to a great workout:
Standing reverse curls x5/8reps
Standing bicep curls x5/8reps
Standing french press x5/8reps
Standing upright row x5/8reps
Standing press x5/8reps
Slight dull pain in the right bicep/forearm area at the beginning of the wo, but worked through that, and now that area is feeling quite good (for the time being)
