They had a knot at the end. I've seen a few like that but these had a pretty long bit that had to be removed to smoke it. Rustic is the best word I have for them but not small like the backwoods or italian types. My guess is they are made to look like small batch handrolled cigars. They were excellent from beginning to end and I have been pretty frustrated trying to find them (since they had no identifying band). Went back to the store but the employees had turned over and they had no clue what I was talking about. The did resemble the Cuba Alidados I bought above, sans the ring. Hell, just motivates me to look about and try some different stuff anyway. I smoke a lot of Ghurkas and a few Rocky Patel. We started on my buddy's dads Hoyo de Monterrey Excaliburs back in the mid 80's. I still have a soft spot for those.
