I certainly am aware of THAT part of it, but the part that is making me go all wishy-washy
is the damn IQ. I KNOW the D700 has great IQ, and I KNEW the D90 had it too, but even though
I spent on the
very bottom end of 'used D700 money', I am looking at that lion shot and thinking,
'damn.....I didn't need to spend even
THAT money." If the thing has under 35k shutter actuations,
I will keep it and shut my mouth and just shoot with it. But it IS beat to hell condition-wise, so
I ain't holding my breath.
If it is much over 60k, I am just gonna ship it back and count myself lucky
to be dealing with a place that has a generous return policy.
