If you are in Midtown, you can visit JRs on 5th Avenue and Nat Sherman's just east of 5th. If you feel like an "upscale" evening, visit Club Macanudo off 5th in the mid-60s . . . no jeans or sneakers allowed. Then there is this useful tip:
