Chest and triceps tonight.
Flat DB 2x15 each weight increase, then 2x10 last three weight increases
Incline DB 4x15
Skull crushers 5x10
Cable extensions
30 minutes of cardio
Took anti inflammatory 2 hours before my workout tonight, helped a lot with my left shoulder. Go to see the Orthopedic Doc on the 30th, hope find out what is going on or start the process.
Felt good tonight in the gym tonight.
