Put up 245 on bench for one (weighed 150 at the time)... I think I took a little too much of my pre-workout drink...
For the last couple months, my wife has been going with me every time (so every 2 or 3 days as she couldn't get back into teaching Zumba for a while). She's been loving it and getting much stronger (we just do strength... she does her cardio at other times)... she put up 125 on bench as her 1RM!
