Standing reverse curls x5/8reps
Standing bicep curls x5/8reps
Standing french press x5/8reps
Standing upright row x5/8reps
Standing press x5/8reps
Bumped-up my weights in biceps, french curls, upright row, and std press. The body was telling me it was time to start pushing it into a new level
