Took yesterday off due to my sore back so went today. Back and chest today, but only did 2-3 heavy working sets.
Incline DB 2x6
Flat BB press 2x6 ---- drop set at the end
Cable flys 3x8
Wide grip pull ups ---- close grip pull downs 3x8
Close grip chin ups ---- wide grip pull downs 3x8
T-Bar Row 5x6 ---- rest pause on last set.
Great workout, wanted to save some more for Monday.
