Standing reverse curls x4/8reps
Standing bicep curls x4/8reps
Standing french press x4/8reps
Standing upright row x4/8reps
Assault dosage up to 18g at this time with no side effects. Nice point about the pwo, gives me great focus when out in the field doing work. Just love it. I was thinking about adding a shoulder press in with the above routine. Sound good? The above wo takes between 45 - 60min...
