As I seem to recall if they get that dry no matter how much you bring them back they will never be the same, they lose much of their bouquet and oils.

I've read it is weeks up to months to rehydrate it properly and again even then it will never been the same, is this a 'special' cigar or something that you're dying to try or is it just the challenge of bringing it back from the dead?
