Yeah I'm in the fire racket and have never been good at guessing occupancy limits, always have to look at the book. But I know they don't figure in if lotsa the people happen to be, um, generously proportioned.
As a small aside, based on my visit today: If anybody local to this new House of Cigar knows someone in the snowplowing business, the shop wouldn't mind being introduced to them.
