Standing bicep curls x4/8reps
Standing french press x4/8reps
Standing upright row x4/8reps
...and, following this coming Saturdays weight training, I think its time to bump up the weight by 5 lbs on everything. Sets and reps were all feeling great this evening. Upping the weight on Saturday...
