Well I figured it was time to post in here. Its always fun to read this thread and since I started hitting the gym hard almost two years ago, its time to share!

They don't call Monday National Chest Day for nothing...

I do my best to keep my splits so that Chest doesn't hit on Monday but sometimes it happens.
Did Chest/Triceps yesterday. Wasn't feeling it and my shoulder was a tad sore so I went high rep on chest and hit tris hard. Did some flat dumbbell presses and flyes, incline barbell press, Crossovers, then onto Tris.
Today is a high rep legs day. Doing between 20-50 reps on most exercises. Gonna fall over dead once I'm done...
