Hit back, biceps, and traps today. 225x12, 10, 10, 8 for bent over rows is finally starting feel light after a couple of weeks of slowly increasing the rep count. Also hit 95x12,10,10,8 on the curls...spring break is coming up after all
On another note, I'm loving M-Stak (day 2), really makes me feel strong and focused.
