This house all the potato chips and candy are gone and fruit is everywhere. LOL I eat like a monkey now.

To me any vegetables are good. Raw carrots with lowfat ranch is a good snack. I do have some 100 cal treats, but I found the 2 miles in the morning and a few 10 min exercise breaks are keeping my metabolism upscale.
I just noticed my lifestyle change the last 6 months was going to be trouble after 36 waist for years began to be difficult to get in to so I made some subtle healthy changes. Just better diet and more exercise. You seriously did a great job and had one heck of a battle.
