I have the new humi in my house with DW inside, it's just re-boxed and I'm not "allowed" to use it until xmas. So it should be well seasoned at this point. I do have a digi-hygrometer so I'll be able to monitor.
I just figured empty tupperware would reduce the amount of empty space so the beads would be sufficient until the big guns arrive.
