That is exactly how I am trying to approach this. I realize that as I am approaching 50 my body has just changed. I need to eat smaller portions and healthier foods. That does not mean that I can't have the occasional rack of ribs or a plate of chicken wings. It just means that I need to be eating smarter on a daily basis and getting regular exercise. Slowly but surely it is a lifestyle change not a diet.
