Thanks for the feedback Huy. I'm gonna be getting back into my upper body workout once again. I walk 7 days a week early in the AM with my dog. We generally head out just before 0500 for a 50 minute walk. This is one thing that has helped keep my weight down (that is at 240 lbs). I do agree with you, diet is key, low calorie count, staying hydrated, exercise, and patients. My goal is to reduce my weight down to a 195 lbs. So, onwards we go...
