I agree. You've got to look in unlikely places. I've found a few small, out-of-the-way places with no web presence that will even give you a 10% discount on a box if they haven't been able to move it in a while. Last year I picked up a box of Opus X Forbidden X "13" Keeper of the Flame 2013 for $175 (13 cigars - $13.50/ea)
